Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 working days


Shipping will only occur monday to friday not during weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing high order volumes and or a delay due to unforeseen circumstances then this delay will be communicated via the customers purchase email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges vary dependant on the products ordered as some are manufactured in different factories. Costs of shipping per item will be calculated at checkout and is subject to change.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is posted you will receive the confirmation via email and tracking information where necessary.

Customs, duties, and taxes

True Athletic Fitness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). A contact telephone number will be required for some orders and this will be obtained through email after the order is recieved.

Damages

True Athletic Fitness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do offer international shipping at extra cost to the customer calculated at checkout.
