Returns & Exchange policy

Returns/Exchanges can only be made within 20 days from date of receipt of your item.

DOMESTIC RETURNS - UK

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns accepted after 20 days.

The customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as True Athletic is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. 


All True Athletic items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, folded in its original "EVA" garment bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with TAF's return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund. 


Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.


Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges. 


TAF guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 20 days as long as you follow our care instructions. 


If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number for our production team to review. 


By placing an order with TAF, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions. 


Please note- sales items may be returned or exchanged for a different size of same style and color only.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

International orders can only be returned for a refund. Exchanges must be done as a re-order (shipping cost will incur at time of re-order).  

 

Please be aware that original shipping costs, international custom duties, and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the U.K and will be subtracted from any refund dues if incurred. 


True Athletic reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our standard requirements.


All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging and tags still attached. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are scratched, damaged, and/or not in their original packaging. 


Any items returned to us due to failure to pay import taxes or customs duties by customer will have fees incurred by True athletic fitness on  the customer's account. 


Please note that if customer refuses to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us minus a £‌14.00 return shipping charge. 


Returns of products to TAF may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.
